"Second order I placed with them. I bought 4 prowin magazines of which 3 of them do not work because they release the gas all at once when squeezing the trigger for the first time.
I wrote them with the problem, no response.

"I bought a gbb pistol and first shot, the feeding nozzle broke already. I have sent countless emails and been patience so far.
So I just have a broken gun collecting dust. But I recommend to anybody not to do business with them. I mainly order from Airsoft Gi, they are 100 times better. I am highly into the sport and will tell everyone about this low life company. Very disappointed."
"Bought Systema PTW mad max airsoft rifle, After 1-2 hours game play, my systema stopped worked, it broked. It took 2 months to figure out what the problem was and the problem was a damaged bearing wich made the gearbox to malfunction/ didnt work at all. the gears where stuck and didnt even work to move by force.
i tould them what the problem was and i had to ship up the gear with the damaged bearing, when they looked at it they accused me for installing this wrong bearing, Wich i never did.
so they shipped down new gear and new bearing wich i had to pay for.
Even when i got new the bearing and gear mounted i saw the the bearing hole in the right side of gearbox was damaged to, so it still didnt help me. i tould them about this problem wich was caused by the damaged bearing but they tould me that this was normal. Wich it isnt at all.
So to get my ''brand new'' systema for 2500$ to work i had to buy a brand new Gearbox, wich i didnt buy from Redwolf.
Will i ever buy from redwolf again? Not very Likely.

"Bought some products off them including two magazines, everything started off well and good service, goods arrived in less than 7 days (mainly due to customs) however upon opening packagae turns out that instead of the gas magazines i ordered i was sent CO2 magazines which do not fit my gun. Mentioned it to customer services and then after several weeks of slow replies and not really getting anywhere had to return the product at MY cost for freight
Complained about this issue and they claimed they would give me store credit and to complete a new order for store credit items, yet all that has happened is they have then CHARGED me for the so called store credit product and they are now claiming they will hold my store credit still expecting me to buy more off them
Not impressed with this company at all and will be recommending people in my area not to use this company"

"They've done it again. I bought a "VFC MK16 Light Gen. III (Black)" from them. From researching on the Internet, the deluxe version is the one that contains both the STD and CQC versions of the inner and outer barrels, and it comes in a carrying case. They don't state if the gun is the deluxe or standard STD or CQC version, but in the description they claim that it includes both STD and CQC inner and outer barrels, so based on that, the gun should be the deluxe version. However, when it arrived, the gun did not come in a case, but a cardboard box. The package did not include the CQC inner or outer barrel. I double-checked the description on the webpage and the product code. The description still claims that, and the product code matches the one on the box. I double-checked again and found on wgcshop.com the gun with the exact same product code. It says it is the deluxe version, and after triple-checking on airsoftgi.com, the deluxe version not only includes the STD/CQC inner/outer barrels, but the gun DOES come in a carrying case. Both of which are missing.
It seems they have problems with verifying if they have the correct gun and also labeling it. Luckily, I ordered during the Christmas sale, so the price is close to the standard versions, but that doesn't negate the fact that they have not shipped the gun I had bought correctly.
I had contacted them shortly before this review and before double and triple checking the information available on the internet about the gun. I will be awaiting their response."
"Bought a G&P M4 , top of the line , from these guys. First off the shipping was ridiculously expensive, secondly it came 5 weeks later. When I inquired as to where the item was customer service would not give me an answer. It finally arrived all shiney and new but the box it came in was not for the version I purchased. The gun inside was accurate but when I went to load a battery and test it I found the wiring was jacked up.
I would highly recommend people avoid this company."
"i bought a m4 gas blow back. I spent 295 dollars on the gun but again it got to customs Dublin it cost me 525 dollars i previously asked red wolf about customs and was told it was all in the price that i paid when it arrived in dublin it cost me an extra 70 euro custom charges.It arrived on thursday and when i fired it on friday morning it broke.I have sent redwolf an email about the problem and to now i still havnt got a reply.I f i dont get a reply soon i am going to go on utube make a video and show the world what a sham they really are.For everyone out there that has been ripped of they should do the same.Redwolf should not be allowed to get away with this.Its disgraceful that they feel they can take your hard earned money and disrespect people like this"
"I've had three orders from RedWolf Airsoft so far. Two of them were fine, although it took some time for it to be delivered, compared to certain Ebay sellers.
On the third order, they messed it up. A gun that I ordered was not in the package, but instead another gun. Not only that, but because of a promotion, I was supposed to get a discount coupon and a "mystery gift". However, the only thing in the package other than what I ordered and the random gun that took the place of the gun I bought was a mousepad... not sure if that or the random gun was the "mystery gift", and I still don't have the coupon or the gun I actually bought.
I tried to contact them, and it's quite early right now to really say if they will reply quickly and solve this strange issue (do they even check the order before packing it up and shipping it?), but you know it's strange when they can reply to a comment on Facebook in minutes but not receive any reply to their support e-mail after many, many hours, not even a acknowledgment. Sounds like their Facebook staff is more efficient than their support staff...
The thing that really just baffles me is how they messed up the order. It's almost like they didn't even bother checking what gun they shipped to me, and didn't even double-check to see if they gave me the discount coupon, or at least tell me if the mousepad is the "mystery gift", maybe some label or something instead of "Free Sample" on the plastic bag that contains it...
Until they fix this (if they will), I'm just quite disappointed with this retailer. And with all the other negative reviews here, I might as well just travel for an hour to reach some local airsoft-stores instead... save the headache and wait, and cut the shipping costs (though the cost of transit would negate that)."

"Disgusting service. Their shipping is quick, but way to costly. Their customer service is a joke. I spent $215 on a new gun, almost $100 to ship it, and when I got it, all the internals to the gun were broken. CS told me that they were discussing it with a gunsmith. After 2 weeks of no response, I emailed again. They're response was they were still talking to a gun smith. Ended up taking the gun to a local repair center, and paid another $100 to get it working again.
Waste of time and money. AVOID THEM!"

Ordered 2 Airsoft Innovation Tornado Grenades and one Pantac Grenade Pouch. The Tornados had a promotion running that you would get a free Pantac pouch (the same that I ordered) and gas can with each Tornado order. I checked to make sure they had the promotional items in stock before I ordered. Of course when my package arrived I received no additional items. I did however get charged for the grenade pouch. Customer service (took a week for a reply) lies to my face and said they had no promotional items in stock at time of shipment. Essentially a bait and switch scam. Lost out on high shipment costs and other free Airsoft Innovation promotional items I would have received if I ordered elsewhere. Will not do business with them again, and I suggest you do the same."

Quick shipping from HK to USA, on the expensive side, but no different from any of the other HK shops (eHobbyAsia, DEN Trinity, Etc.) Simple checkout expierience, and good communication from Customer service make this my favorate place for airsoft on the net."
