"I purchased a Bracelet June 16th 2023 for $120
I am very careful with my jewelry and do my best to not get them wet or dirty. Within the first month or two this bracelet has tarnished and has an orange color to it now. The bracelet quickly became dull. Other Jewelery I purchase the same day, have not tarnished at all to this day-
I reached out to customer service and they did not offer a replacement or a discount to buy something else. Customer service is extremely slow at replying and really offer no assistance.
I do not recommend purchasing anything from Reeds. Seek Jewelery elsewhere.

"Having brought my 10 year old Rolex in for service October 29, 2019, I called on two occasions to inquire about the status of my watch. Both times the person on the checked the computer and stated there was no update available. After the second call on December 2, 2019, I decided to drive the 20 miles to visit the store. After speaking with 2 sales reps to no avail, My frustration was starting to mount. A lovely lady, who introduced herself as the Pardora sales person, asked if she could help. After telling her about what appeared to be lack of knowledge from my previous encounters, she stated she would have to e-mail the service center. She told me as soon as she received a reply, she would call me. True to her word she left me a voice the same to explain the my watch was indeed being repaired and should be delivered on Thursday, which is only day watches are returned to the store. I just picked up my watch today...it works and looks brilliant. Having manage muti-million dollar clinical laboratories over the last 40 years, I know a great employee when I see one. Reeds should be proud of this beautiful redhead with a matching personality for being under there employ. Great job.
Merry Christmas

"The other reviews are true, you are likely to NOT able to cherish your ring forever. I have had my ring for 3 months and thank GOD for the protection plan that I purchased because it has been back two times already. To start, the initial purchase was a WRECK! My final purchase was 3500 and We put 2000 on a reeds credit card that I applied for and paid the rest from my debit account. I get an email from CreditWise a few weeks later saying I have a credit card that is Over max, making my credit account look negligent, and my credit score decreased as a result. They sales person, Leah, took it upon her self to apply 2,200 to the credit card, without the banks consent (I called the bank and the said they NEVER approved more than the 2k). So I called Leah, she suggested I just pay the extra 200$ on top on my monthly payment to stop my card from being maxed/overmax. I was seriously upset, after my followed comments she assured me she would get to the bottom of it and let me know the resolution. She never returned my call. I let it go, I paid 400$ to get me in a better standing with my synchrony bank reeds card. I was, in my mind, DONE with reeds and never going to turn back. A few months later (now August, keep in mind- I got the ring in May) my center stone became loose. I’m very careful with my set. When I took it back to reeds (I purchased a 300$ plan to protect from things like this) LEAH said sometimes it happened depending on roughness. I was offended. I left my ring with them for a week. Came back and they said “ok sign here”, meanwhile I am inspecting my ring because I ALREADY DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Low and behold, a new issue. A separate diamond is now BLACK! Something that wasn’t previously there. So, when I notice this, the manager Patrick was there. I said “ what is this?” He said “oh, not sure but we will send it back and make it right”. I’m upset, thinking “great another week with out my ring after only 3 months and it’s screwed up”. He said he would figure it out and get back with me. I then tried to tell him of my experience so far. I said “please do, I will be honest my experience with reeds has not been good so far, the last time someone told me they would call me back- they never did” he immediately cut me off and was like “ok, ok I’ll take care of it” I tried to finish what I was saying “yeah because they sales person over maxed my card so please make sure” and he cuts me off a SECOND TIME and says he will handle it. Keep in mind I was the only person in the store so it’s not like i was making them look bad in front of anyone.... He didnt even know what he was supposed to be handling. 4 days later I called to check on my ring. Patrick said, oh hey I just have you a brand new ring so come get it when you’re ready. I hung up, oh thanks Patrick, for not calling me or consulting me about the ring that my family pastor blessed and that I was married with. Thanks for giving me no choice and no correspondence. After I informed my husband he called and had a chat with Patrick who all of the sudden treated me with more respect following that convo. I went in demanded to see MY ring, in comparison to the new ring, so I could make the choice and KNOW they weren’t giving me a ring with different clarity/weight. I kept my ring, they agreed that if anymore issues come about they will replace it, but it didn’t *seem* defective even though it has only been 3 months. When I did pick it up, Patrick was apologetic, saying he *wished* he would have known about my experience before that moment and before my husband had spoken with him. I told him “well yeah, I tried to tell you but you cut me off” his only response was “I’m sorry”. I just want my moneys worth in a piece I can cherish forever, a piece that our preacher blessed and my husband put on my hand. Not a new ring. They said they did what they could......so in conclusion just go somewhere else and spend your money. "
"Ordered a Michael Kors watch for Xmas for my wife. Fast delivery, but not what i expected from this retailer. It was a open box and was damaged, missing the outer box. It look used, not new."
"Reed's Jeweler's SWAPPED my DIAMOND
Reed's Jeweler's swapped my diamond for a smaller and lower quality stone. My husband purchased my wedding ring from their Huntsville,Al location in 2014. We were over charged $1,500.00 more than the online price. After bringing it to their attention they adjusted the price to reflect $1,500.00 less. (We're just glad I looked online and caught the over price we had already paid). I took My ring back to Reed's Jeweler's in 2016 to get it cleaned and re-dipped in white gold. I dropped it off for 6 hours and returned to pick it up to find out that they had SWAPPED my diamond. This has been so heart breaking and such an emotional rollercoaster. I can't believe they would do such a horrific crime to their customer. I want to warn everyone/ anyone who is thinking about doing business with them that they are disloyal and I wouldn't trust them. They also failed to provide the IGI certificate for the original ring which was supposed to have came in the mail to find out later that there isn't a IGI certificate to match the diamond. Luckily, we already had it appraised and the ring I have now is a lower weight, color, and clarity. I informed Reed's that I will not allow this to be swept under the rug as they offered to replace the stone but only if I kept this confidential. Total disregard for the emotional turmoil I've been through because of this.To make matters worse they also charged us again for the rhodium plating process which was included in the Lifetime Care Plan we purchased. They told me that we didn't purchase the plan initially. They later apologized for charging us since we did purchase the warranty and refunded that charge back. I know I will never get my stone, the one I picked out, wore and admired for over two years and exchanged vows with back so I chose to let others know of their dishonesty, fraudulent, bad business habits instead. I wouldn't wish this to happen to anyone. So please protect all your friends and love ones by sharing my story as we continue to pursue this legally."
"Be careful of what you think that "new" means. I bought a "new" watch from Reeds. The watch arrived in an old, frayed watch box which had a different model number on it. The watch itself had smudges on it and was lacking most of it's protective labels for the band. The manual which arrived with the watch was for a different model. I called Reeds customer service and the representative told me that the watch was probably a display model, but that it was still "new" because it had never been sold. That is not my definition of new. Needless to say the watch is being returned for a refund and I will never shop from Reeds again."
"I bought a necklace from them two days before Valentines Day and it shipped a day before Valentines Day. I wanted gift wrap and the necklace came in a beautiful little box with a bow on it. My wife was very pleased and so was I, great site, great prices, fast shipping, reputable dealer, I recommend to all."
