"I ordered 8 safety catch covers and 4 catch cover rattle reels on a Sunday hoping to get them before the upcoming weekend ice fishing trip. I had looked on Amazon and knew they would not arrive in time. That is when I found Reeds Sporting goods store. I have never dealt with them before and decided to give them a chance, and boy was I glad I did. First off it was cheaper going through them even including the shipping. Second off I received the rattle reels on Tuesday! The safety covers were not far behind and arrived on Wednesday. I am so pleased with the quick service and prices. "

"This is my first time ordering from Reeds and so far it’s been less than expected. I placed an online order Saturday night, I really needed the 2 items I ordered by Wednesday so I sent an email stating such and that I would gladly pay the extra for overnight shipping but there was no option at checkout for this, just Fed Ex ground. On Sunday morning I received an email from a helpful person named BP, they stated that they would put ship fast on the order but that I should call Monday to get an overnight quote. Perfect, I called Monday, the lady who answered said she’d check on a quote and call me back but told me Fed Ex overnight is not guaranteed. I figured I’ll pay the quote and if it gets shipped today Monday it should be here by Wednesday. Monday came and went with no call back, Late Tuesday at 3:14 PM I received an email with a quote, no phone call ? I read this email at 7:45 PM, tomorrow is Wednesday ? Why on earth would you wait until late Tuesday to email me a quote when I ordered it SATURDAY and promptly called Monday !! I’ve worked for the Post Office for 30 years, overnight is guaranteed or your money back, I understand you use Fed Ex but then why wait so long to try to help your customers???"

I got an excellent price, great service, and he was very personable. I will never shop anywhere but Reeds for guns and ammo. Would have given 10 stars if possible. "

Sales reps are not just knowledgeable about the products they sell but about the sport itself. Items ship fast. "Will never deal with this group again. Sold me a rifle that they assured me they had after I asked at least 3 times while on the phone. After charging my card, I had to email them twice & calling them 3 times to get my tracking number. Finally the third time of calling them (5 days after they had my money) they figure out they actually don't have my rifle. I was passed back and forth between customer service and the gin department and then told they would call me back to give me an update... never got the call back as promised and had to call them once again 15 mins before closing time - this time I demanded my order be cancelled. No offer to make it right or provide additional compensation for all the trouble and inconvenience... just a sorry."
"I went to Reeds in Walker today and saw an item I have wanted for some time. I saw the price tag and thought that was a good price and picked the item up. On the back side there was another pice double the price on top of box. I asked a sales person to clarify and she stated the top price tag is a mistake. And tried to remove it I asked her not to being it is priced as such and asked to speak to a manager. She stated ok and called another sales person over who immediately removed the price tag off the top and accused me of putting the lower price tag on it. I asked if she is a manager and she stated no. I told her I requested a manager and she refused to get one for me to speak to but told me one is working. I then left with out buying any product. I have heard of Reeds not being consumer based but this is my first experience and will never go back and will tell every one not to go to Reeds in Walker Minnesota."
"I ordered 1 Lowrance LakeMaster® Texas/Oklahoma Digital GPS Map Chip - Version 1 on 10/7/11. I called twice to request a status update and given the run around both times. I still have yet to receive order as of 10/24. Customer service reps fail to return calls nor respond to email. Buyer beware!!!"
