"I ordered live amphipods & copepods for my tank. I have a pair of red mandarin gobies. (The order would've been for at least 4000 live pods.)
There is NO WAY there were even 2000 total in the floss they sent. Very unhappy & will never order from them again.
They are IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of since they DO NOT answer the phone nor do they return emails.
Also. I called to find out the time frame that I would receive them. They were on my HOT, FULL SUN porch on SATURDAY morning! Nothing is ever shipped to arrive on a Saturday unless you pay extra for that! So they sat on the porch until we got home about 4pm! VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS ORDER! They could've answered the phone when I tried calling them 20 times to tell me they will be at your door Saturday.... They also could've filled the order w/the correct amount of food I ordered my fish!"

"No customer service!!! My order was short so they said on my invoice a GC (gift card) will be issued, nothing so far. I had questions about a star fish that was sent with an injury to one of its tentacles note: this star fish is not covered by the 14 day guarantee. I tried to log into my account Wednesday March 19, only to find out that anothers customers information including billing and payment, residence address, name and phone number and his order from R2G was available to me. I contacted the individual and advised him that I had all his personal information. He stated that he would also try and follow up with what was happening. I cancelled my visa card as it was listed on my account and to this day I still have no idea who all ended up having access to my information. I have sent 4 emails even putting the word in the subject line to supposedly get there attention, called 7 times left 4 messages all to no avail. I was truly excited about this order and it had become a nightmare. I don't know what to expect at this time. I would hope this is a fluke because all I have heard about R2G has been very good. I sure hope I hear from someone soon. Thank you Dennis W."

"There was no email sent with tracking number for my order. Didn't know when I will show up. Lucky someone was home when it show up. I have a order total of 2500 copepods. Three bags should up but it doesn't seem like there was 2500 copepods in there. "

"I guess Reefs2Go will deliver eventually; but delivery of my orders from 3 weeks ago have been postponed a few times already while sales keep coming up for the same items only days later. I've received many orders from other companies shipping from the same area in 3 days or less - not sure if I can use Reefs2Go for timed deliveries.
Customer support, when they do respond, could be a bit more accurate with order numbers; the website needs to be overhauled due to security issues (I browsed the website a couple of times and I was presented with information from other shoppers - order details, last 4 of CC's, address, phone# etc), tracking information should include an order number (this helps if you have multiple orders out at once with the same vendor). The last part is also important to me as it's easy to accommodate or prepare for our new arrival(s). The information leaking issue is critical - I wouldn't want my information shared with others as I've mentioned above."

Very dissatisfied with the sizes of the invertabrates...teeny teeny tiny..they may be ok for a "Nano" aquarium.
