"The last 2 deliveries I have had casualties not to mention everything delivered seem to be much smaller than the size quoted on the site. Also the selection for date delivered makes no difference, the last few deliveries have been when it is best for them. if you choose a day of the week it will always be the following week. when fish arrive dead you can reorder with a credit but must pay for shipping, blue zoo is a much better vendor with healthier livestock."

"Staff very friendly, however my order showed it would be shipping on time. Next day order did not show, cold weather coming. I had left note with original order to contact me if order could not ship on time, to give me option to change something if it was creating a problem. I requested a refund after order did not hit original ship date due to weather condition not being good for next 10 days. They wanted to give me a store credit, I did not want credit. I felt, they did not uphold to their end, since I was informed order was shipping, by 3 computer voicemails, then I find out 1 item was on back order. I could have just deleted from order/substituted and recieved order on time. It has now been well over a month & my refund has not been received. It has now been 28 business day or 6 weeks and I still have not received my refund. I will have to be really desperate to order from again."
