"Bought over $100 worth of animals. I got the 100 crabs for $20 with the order. Only about 20 crabs were alive and the dead crabs made my tank crashed. I lost everything!!!!! They do not care about the customer. I finally learned my lesson. Stay away from Reefs2Go. "

"About a week before, I talked twice with customer service people about not being around the 30th to receive items. Promised me February delivery then. Lo and behold email from FedEx showing 30th delivery. Pain in the butt getting a person to the house to receive. Pain in the butt teaching them to put bags in tanks. The organization does not know what customer service is about. Too bad because they will not receive any future orders. I am sure my not being a customer won't impact them but; I know I will be spending several thousand dollars setting up over the next year. If people ask I will have nothing good to say and tell them the CS is atrocious."

"The quality of the products (live fish, corals, inverts, etc.) that I have received from Reefs2Go have been superior to most and high quality. However, the online ordering system has been frustrating and difficult to order popular items. For example, you are not able to order any item that is not in stock, but ordering an in-stock item does not reserve it for you, so every order (for me) has been incomplete. Honestly, that aspect of ordering has been VERY frustrating and some sale items I have never been able to get. The company will only give you a store credit or product exchange if an item you order is out of stock more than 2 weeks (there is no option for a refund). I was completely unable to reach their customer service over the holidays concerning my pending orders and shipments, but they have acknowledged this was a global issue and are planning to make changes to improve customer service. I have been impressed with their products, but the constant frustration inaccurate inventory and back orders really tarnishes the customer experience for me."
"Weird working with a vendor that can only communicate via Facebook, but the anonymous person at the other end was very good, they tried hard and included everything this time. Most of the order looked very good. One Blue Ricordia frag was totally wiped from it's mountings and I lost it while trying to mount the little thing in the tank. I'm a novice at mounting coral. The coco worm had a little of its tail broken off, is doing fine so far, but I suspect that it will have trouble. The Fern Caulerpa Macro Algae was a big disappointment, just a twig for $17, pitiful. One pack of pods was swarming and the other looked barren. There was a very nice, well established bonus Zooanthid included to help make up for delays in the past. I think they are victims of their own success and are experiencing growing pains. I look forward to trying them again in the future."
