"Received only about half of my order. Still waiting for word back from them about the order, green bubble tip anemone arrived in very bad shape, have contacted them about this and awaiting reply back. This is my 2nd order, nearly everything from first order is doing very well, had back luck with yellow polyps and 1 zoa, but other than that everything from that order is doing excellent. Shrimp, crabs and snails were all in excellent condition. Also, shipping was very fast on both orders, arrived less than 20 hours from time they sent out."

Asked for a smaller-sized angel fish and got a pretty large one. I know that these can't always be accomidated, but at least acknowledge that the request was attempted if it ever was.
Otherwise fish and anemone seem healthy and in good shape upon arrival."
