"1. threaded holes in legs full of powder coat. 45 minutes with a tap to get cleaned out.
2. 4-16m x 2 bolts turned out to be 3-16m x 2 and 1-5/8 x 2 inch bolt. close but no cigar !
3.after assembly legs are 1/2 inch from fitting in truck pucks
4. call to Reese service center, was told loosen it all up ,put in pucks then tighten it all up
works till you need to remove it , then. loosen it all up to remove. After torquing to 220ft/lbs..
5. send back. Reorder B and W hitch
