Upon receiving my hitch there was one damaged part, I called to explain the issue, At first we were playing phone tag, either there phone lines were busy or I was away from mine. However the whole process took less than 15 min. to complete. Within 1 and 1/2 days I received the replacement part, which surprised me very much.
