"After waiting 6 days for a package I had to call Reese to get a tracking number. Turns out, it had the wrong delivery address on it and UPS had been holding it all this time. No phone call, e-mail nor any type of communication to tell me so. Very disappointing.
That's what I find difficult to believe when we have been receiving parts for the last year and a half at this location and for 20+ years at our original location. Why now does the wrong address come up? It looks to me as though someone on your end transposed 2 of the numbers. We are at 21730, not 21370. Once again, I never received notice by e-mail or phone. If I had I would have received the part days ago.

A rep from Reesehitches, reese-hitches, has responded:

“Thank you for the order, we are sorry you are disappointed with the delivery time.

We reviewed your order and the only address we have was the one entered on the order. We shipped the product to the address entered. When we shipped it, you should have received an email with the tracking info and the expected delivery date. Sometimes these e-mails get caught in spam filters.

We are working with UPS to see if there is a way for them to notify us about delayed deliveries in order to prevent these issues in the future.

It appears that the product has been delivered or will be delivered very soon.
