My only complaint is that the sticker that is meant to void the warranty if removed was only attached to the case side panel and not the chassis, so that it could look like the case has been opened if I were to need to return it. However, overall I am very satisfied with doing business with you."

"This CPU (Dell Optiplex GX620) meets my needs - small, almost book-size, computer. The only complaint I have is that the CMOS battery was in need of replacing as indicated by the boot up screen message. Being a computer nut I always have a new one in my drawer, so no worries there. Other than that, I am very satisfied with its performance. It was purchased for my 73 year old mother to surf the net and correspond with friends on email.

One last thing - they provided all the cables necessary to connect this computer to the monitor and stuff I already had, as well as a full-size keyboard I didn't expect to receive. Items I was not expecting was delighted to find.

OK, one more last thing - the shipping box was professionally packaged using a foam molding system that perfectly cradled the items so that they couldn't possibly be damaged in shipping.
