"Printer worked fine for a week, but the USB connector literally FELL OUT of the back of the printer - completely disconnect to circuit board; had to spend $40 at office supply store for a parallel cable in order to print. Emailed company about the problem and proposed solutions for them to provide either a parallel cable or a new circuit board. Haven't had a response from the company yet. Emailed them Thursday, 11/13/2014."
