"Everything was great in the beginning. However, I ordered the wrong battery. I failed to pay attention to the model number. I thought all APS Backups-650 batteries were alike. The one I ordered is slightly too wide and won't fit in my unit. I called the phone number on the packing slip and left a message. I waited nearly a week and received no response. I then sent an email to the contact address on the website. It's been several days and no response. So, it looks like I am stuck with a battery I can't use. Again, the mis-order was my own fault, but I would expect a response of some sort -- even if it's something like, "Sorry. We don't do returns or exchanges." I will be seeking a correct battery elsewhere."
