"RegNow sent me the license code for the old version of software instead of the current release. I called in the customer service but the associate would not help me. I asked to transfer my phone his superviser but he just hanged up the phone."
"They sold me a license for software that they did not have. When I contacted them to get a refund processed, I was told that the vendor (who they are reselling for) was responsible for processing a refund to me. The "vendor" was out of business. This put me in a very silly position, and I dont believe its legal business practice to sell licenses for software that you do not own."
