My partner and I visited the store and what amazed us was:
1- the owner, Mike personally took interest in helping us select the kind of furniture we wanted for our apartment, actually providing us with knowledge of what could fit into the measurements provided by us.
2- the delivery: which was included with our order and was extremely smooth and the furniture was fully assembled when it arrived at our doorstep.
3- prices were more than reasonable considering the shipment and assembling costs.
4- wide variety of designs and prices to choose from ( customize as per your apartment) and Mike is an amazing and extremely patient person to help you choose and decide what you want for your apartment.
In short, this store is worth a visit if you want your apartment to have a feel of a "home."

Simply put, its part of a big chain store operation specializing in unique furniture. The displays are beautifully set up and arranged. What I particularly like about it is to see something within LA area carrying unique fashionable items but without the astronomically high LA prices.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They have unique, solid, well-constructed pieces. We bought the ibiza lounge chair there a few years ago, and we still love it. After a year of online searching for a platner dining table, I still couldn't find anything that I absolutely loved. I came across RegencyShop and found the perfect table - on sale.

"I like the chair a lot. There are some things that differenciate it from the original Barcelona Chair, but not many people can tell the difference.
The staff worked especially hard to help me with shipping costs - I was "outside" their "free shipping" area. But, after the staff getting a $70 quote for shipping, they worked on finding someone else and it turned out to be only another $26, so I went for it.

"If you are looking to purchase from this company I would RUN the other way. RUN! We were shipped defective items and did exactly as we were told which was to notate on the delivery receipt that there was damage. We reported the issues and provided pictures of several small holes in the merchandise as well as dirt marks. The cushions on the chairs were off shape and unable to be pushed into form. We were dealing with the customer service department and it seemed from they were looking for a way to dodge resending the new cushions. We were told to send them back at our expense. I certainly had a problem with this. We were not privy to speaking with any member of management. We were told point blank that the owner was too busy to speak with us and refused. They claimed thats why they hire customer service. Customer service is a kid who sounds 25 who I can tell agreed with us. He kept saying he was sorry and he didn't know why the owner was doing this. The pictures of our damaged product were very clear. We were told that they were only pin holes and did not look so bad. The situation was so upsetting I cannot look at this furniture because it represents how screwed we got from a site that promises 100% customer satisfaction. We tried for weeks and they could care less to talk with us. FInally my husband threatened them and they called the police on us from out of state! Since we don't want to involve the police, I could not contact them again however I am seeking legal advice. They are not even registered with the better business Bureau so I can see several complaints that went unanswered. Please please do not use this company."
"My experience with RegencyShop.com has been pleasant since I have purchased many pieces from them.
My latest purchase was of Ibiza Chairs and the hanging bubble chair. They told me the Ibiza chair will arrive in 4 weeks but took almost 6 weeks. The longer lead time on the Ibiza chair was something I could live with, my client was patient. As always, the quality was never compromised.
TIP:
If you are in rush, or freak out easily if your order does not arrive the next day then this place is not for you. If you are on a deadline, call them before you order to ensure that the item you want is in-stock. If you need the furniture for an event or show then call and check.
But if you are patient, then trust me you will not be disappointed when the items arrive. I know many interior designers who have been purchasing furniture from them for many years. It is definitely the place I will purchase from again.

On July 8th, you lied about having the product in inventory and being able to ship within 2 days Around July 22, you lied about being able to get it to me by August 1st. Last week, you lied that it would be in your location on Tuesday and I would receive by Friday - tomorrow. Now the tracking says that it will arrive on Wednesday, August 14th. The trade show that this was to be used starts Monday, August 12th. So for something that you advertised and stated that you had in stock on July 8th took 5+ weeks to get here. Thanks for nothing"
