"Useless. Ordered a hamper for a friend which Regency managed to deliver to the wrong person. I have no idea where they are, just who they are. On being contacted Regency's response, nothing. No 'we will check delivery numbers for you', no 'we will resend', no 'we are sorry for providing a lousy service'. Honestly, it would have been a better use of my time if instead of paying Regency Hampers I just took the notes and burnt them. If you are exclusively a delivery service and you cannot deliver a product to the right address, and your customer service is so abysmal that you hide when something goes wrong, well then you are essentially a scam. You take money for no service whatsoever as here. So here we are, I have to file a police report for theft because Regency Hampers does not do what it is contracted to do. If you order a hamper beware. In my experience Regency Takes the money and that's it. It's not interested in providing either customer satisfaction or fulfilling the contracted service."

"I ordered a fruit and muffin hamper from Regency Hampers last week to be sent to some friends of mine. I received a phone call to say the hamper was beautifully presented and was the nicest they had ever seen. My friends also went on to say the fruit was of excellent quality and certain fruits contained within the hamper, the nicest they had ever tasted.

The service was excellent and I will definitely use Regency Hampers again and will also pass on to my friends.
