"The person I spoke to on the phone had trouble finding the spec sheet, but did email me sufficient information promptly. The purchase process was simple and followup confirmations were informative. However, I was disappointed that there was 3 or 4 days of lead time for the item to ship. I replied to the customer service email asking if it could ship sooner due to a rush I was under, but I received no reply. There was no message in the email stating it was a no reply email. If you email a customer from a customer service address, don't you think it's bad customer service not to answers replies?"
