"Beware! On 11/30/05 my wife ordered me a Velodyne SPL 1200R subwoofer from this on line store, ReliableAudioVideo.com. They charged our credit card for the full amount + shipping and handling, $1,069.00, on 12/1/05 but never delivered the speaker. I spoke with them on the phone on 12/27 and they told me that they were expecting a shipment from the manufacturer, Velodyne, any day. I contacted Velodyne on 12/28 and they told me that this vendor was not an authorized dealer and that I was being scammed."

"This is the worst internet shopping experience I ever had and will never shop from reliableaudiovideo.com which is the same company as legacyaudio.com, unclestereo.com and they have 8 other website. Now, why would they setup so many names.
Anyway, I ordered several items from them and have over charging problem that was never credited, an Adcom amp that was manufactured 2.5 years ago and a note in the package not to call the manufacturer or will void warranty and some tags on the box removed. Needless to say the amp work horribly and does not sound like a Adcom you hear in your local dealer.
Also ordered a TV that was delayed for almost 2 months because they could not get the tracking number and the trucking company got my home number wrong and they let my TV sit in the warehouse for a week. Received the TV but have so much line noise on the screen.

I felt sorry for so many people that have dealt with them.
