"Paul Loiodice helped me every step along the way and made the buying process easy. He truly went above and beyond finding out my needs and then found the perfect refrigerator to suit those needs. The best part, Paul was there with me every step of the way in the buying process and now he has been with me every step of the way through delivery and setup. RELIABUY.com is where I always rely on to buy Commercial Coolers

"I have used Reliabuy.com to purchase a two-door cooler about three years ago. I received the two-door cooler on time but the cooler had a huge damage. I immediately called Reliabuy.com and spoke with Paul and he informed me to refuse the cooler with the Delivery Company. Within few days, Reliabuy.com shipped and delivered another cooler to replace the damaged cooler. Paul and his staff was very apologetic and took care of the matter with ease. Thereafter, I have purchased three (3) more two-door coolers from Reliabuy.com to this day. I also recently purchased a two-door freezer for my other business (restaurant) from Reliabuy.com. Reliabuy.com is GREAT. I really like the fact that Paul calls me whenever I purchase a product online to confirm the order and appreciates my business. There is only ONE place I will ever order any commercial refrigeration products for my business... that's RELIABUY.com. Matter of fact, I will be ordering Open Air Refrigerated Grab and Go Display Cooler shortly. Always reliable with RELIABUY.com. Thanks you Paul.

2nd worst business experience we've had ever

"They'll take your money and then call you with security questions to prevent fraud. Great! Preventing fraud is a good thing. Except when the questions and answers to choose from don't make sense but you have to choose an answer. Then they want you to sign a pdf (not digital signing, but physically signing) stating you are who you say you are.
Anyone can sign something and return it, which doesn't seem a good way to prevent fraud. I don't have a printer and haven't needed one in a long time, and don't have access to one. I live where there is no internet but on the phone. So I sent my drivers license. That should prove I am really me, right? Nope.
They sent an email politely refusing my order. Thanks for wasting an entire business week and delaying the open of our restaurant!
Whatever company they use to mine public records to ask those security questions needs to get their details in order.
I've been ordering things online for years, have a 100% ebay rating on over 800 purchases over the last 10-15 years, and now lost a week because some stupid bit in a server is 0 instead of 1 because of a flawed set of questions and answers. Seems like they could have asked for copies of utility bills or something.
I recommend you stay away from this poorly rated company. The risk to your schedule might be too great.

needed commercial refridgerator fast!

"Little Kitchen Pastries in Meridian, Id. recently had the opportunity to purchase a 2-door refrigerator from Reliabuy. What an experience! I talked with Paul on several occasions. My questions were answered with extreme professionalism & return calls were made in a timely manner. Our previous appliance was at least 20 years old, so when he got a desperate call for quick action, he 'made it happen". Our order was placed & delivered in less than 5 working days. I just wanted to say a very big THANK YOU to the company & its excellent staff for the great customer service. When Little Kitchen needs another appliance, Reliabuy will definitely be "on our radar".
