I ordered 2 weeks ago and after receiving all my other fixtures from different vendors, wondered where the 5 fixtures I purchased from rlights were? when I went to the website found out 1 item was unavailable but not what one? no contact# so went on live chat
was told what fixture.... the one I neede to tie all my rooms together. I ordered from several other vendors, if a product was unavailable I was contacted within a day email or by phone... due to their poor communication and customer service I now have 15 other lights that will not match the kitchen light...that I may or may not be able find."
"I am so pleased with the customer service at Reliance Lighting. We bought lights for our entire house from them. The website is so user friendly. Every time I made a call in to them, I spoke with an actual person on the phone. I am just super impressed that they go to the lengths they do to follow through and provide reliable service. Having had our whole home remodeled, I am no stranger to one lousy company after another. You just get to expecting a hassle after awhile, expecting a mix-up or error.
I didn't have one issue with my order. I had a two items broken upon delivery, and they promptly replaced them with a very cool "Returns & Replacement" feature on their website.
I would definitely refer this company and order from them again.

"Simple order placed on June 5th. After no email confirmation, I called the store and had to leave a message for the Internet team. No one returned my call, so I called again and was told the order would be shipped at the end of the week. Nothing appeared, so I called an additional three times, had to leave messages and calls were never returned.
I finally got hold of someone and canceled the order, placed it with CNS Lighting and it will arrive in two days. This whole process held up my construction schedule - part of the message I left with the company, but they seem totally insouciant. I even got an email with the refund (incorrect amount) saying: Let us know if we can assist you with your future lighting needs!! Not a chance."

Received auto email confirming the order with links for tracking information right after placing the order. Received email 3 August that order had shipped. Received order via Fed Ex on 8 August. You can get faster shipping for a fair price, but I took the free shipping.
