"I pride myself on doing a LOT of research when making a large purchase, especially one my husband and I will be spending "one third of our lives upon". Mr. Gerald Misemer has been extremely helpful in answering all my many questions, asking us questions and providing his expertise and assistance in selecting the best Air-Pedic bed for our needs. Emails and phone calls have been answered promptly and in great detail. Although we haven't even received our bed yet, I have to tell you that we feel we are doing business with a reputable firm that truly cares about customer satisfaction. We are very excited about our new Air-Pedic 800 with the optional AirFlow transfer system and custom 4" Eastern King foundation. I will return to this website to review the product after we have used it for a while, the process for ordering has gone very well. the review website does not seem to want to take my review as I write it so I am just typing additional information to satisfy the requirement for the minimum number of characters. "I haven't experienced this kind of excellent and personal service. They kept checking on me by email, trying to find out if I still need help with the pillow. They ask specific questions....then, they sent me a different foam refill that they believe will help my specific need, after 6 months of use. I used half of that and mixed with my current one...and it works again! They gave me one extra tip on how to keep it working for a long time: put it in a dryer machine for 20 minutes high every 1& 1/2 months. And I also fluff it up good every morning when I make my bed!

I didn't need no more massages for my neck and back shoulder muscles anymore. No need to do neck exercises either! I'm glad I need not purchase a "theracane" that would help my trigger points at back.

"We had a select comfort for many years and needed a new mattress. Saw your add for different zones and decided to try it. It took a little while to get it the way we wanted it, but now very comfortable. My only complaint was the delivery. They did come and set it up, but couldn't speak english so couldn't answer any questions. They were in and out in about 15 min. "

"I have never found a foam pillow that I could sleep on--until now. I suffered a serious cervical injury when I was in my 20s and have had major problems finding a pillow I could comfortably use. Selectabed sent me a couple of pillows to go with our new AirPedic 600 bed and I was very skeptical that these would be any different from the hundreds of pillows I have tried unsuccessfully over the years. "I discussed our mattress needs with Gerald and found him very helpful. He was able to answer all my questions and recommend a mattress for me. There was no pressure and no upselling, just good information and suggestions.
I have had the mattress for about a week now and I am just getting used to it. It is an air mattress and Learning to adjust it takes a bit of time to get comfort however it has been easy and well worth it. I also got an adjustable base which I love and my wife especially loves because in has helped with my snoring.
I would give this a 5 star rating except for the delivery. The bed sat in a warehouse locally for 4 days and I was only contacted after I called and asking what was up. THe delivery was then promptly scheduled and the delivery guys were very good and did a great job.
All in all everything ended up great!

"First the customer service at Relief Mart was exceptional. I worked with a gentleman named Gerald and he was very knowledgeable about the products. Without going into too much detail I must say that I did lots and lots of research. I'm so glad I did, because we both love our new mattress(s). We have both noticed that we have been sleeping all night, rather than waking to use the restroom. We think it is because we tend to sleep so soundly on our new mattress. We bought the Split King Tempflow Opulance Memory Foam. Also bought the Leggett & Platt S-Cape Plus adjustable base. The base is very nice, but the mattress is simply the best mattress I have ever slept on. At first I was expecting something more firm, but I wouldn't give up the Tempflow Opulance for anything!! Also, I wear a FITBIT watch that monitors my sleep. My amount of sleep, since sleeping on our Tempflow, has increased in amount and quality according to my FITBIT. "
