"I ordered a new, upgraded toilet seat from remodelr.com as I was unable to find our color and model elsewhere. The order was placed late on a Monday night and remodelr sent it Tuesday at a very good price."
"Charged my card immediately upon order. Three days later informed me the item was not in stock. I declined to back-order the item. Yet they tell me they cannot refund the cost of the item *they never had in stock* until they verify with the warehouse that they haven't shipped it. What a system! Who even charges the customer before shipping the order these days? Still awaiting the refund...."
"Absolutely terrible customer service. The website description for the product I purchased was inaccurate and as a result I ended up with $150 in additional products that I didn't need. When I requested a return, they admitted that the description was inaccurate, refused to take back the additional product and offered me a $15 apology/concession if I would simply drop the whole thing. Nice try Remodelr. I not only will NEVER shop with your company again, I will make sure to inform anybody who will listen about your ridiculously horrible customer service. I've never seen anything like it."
"I ordered an Item I was told was in stock. I phoned the order. Received an email conformation of the order noting that it was on back order and should ship in the next week. No updates have been provided in the month I have been waiting unless prompted by an email from me. Spoke to an agent via phone and was told that the item should ship within 48 hrs. 2 days later my order still shows back order and there have been no email updates from Remodelr. "
