It took 4+ months to have work even looked at, that’s when I found out my daughter had sent the wrong file. I was told she could resubmit the work but by then she had deleted it and forgotten what she had done. When I asked for a refund I was told it was past the 30 days and they wouldn’t issue a refund, it took longer than 30 days to find out what a horrible system they have. I was told this wouldn’t happen in the future but that doesn’t help my present. There were no grades or feedback given on any assignments, even ones that my older kids turned in. I cannot get anyone to really interact with me except through Facebook messenger, and they don’t have authority to do anything. I am hoping to warn other parents not to waste their money or their kids time with this program!"
