" Received my Replacement remote today. My TV is no longer manufactured so I had to order a replacement. I am so happy because I thought I'd have to trash a perfectly good TV. It is a Sony Tv and has a great picture. I certainly did not want to fill a land fill. And I saved my self $100's of dollars. My dog Bosco will have to find something else to chew on! "I ordered a remote from Remote Hound and their website says that it will be shipped within 24 hours. That is a lie. I called them a week and a half after placing the order and they informed me that is was on back-order and they will have it within a week and that I should receive it just a couple of days later. It has been another week and a half and I called today and they said it is still on back-order. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money that they've had for 3 weeks. The girl I spoke to said she cancelled the order and that I should receive my money today and an email confirming the cancellation. Neither has happened."

"I ordered from this company because they claimed they had an exact replacement for the remote that came with my TV. What I received was a different remote with a different serial number. They admitted that they didn't have my remote in stock and that's why they sent me a different one. If they didn't have it in stock, then they should have cancelled my order. Now I have to take the time to send this one back, plus pay for return shipping."
