Much better than Nissan in Asheville and Hendersonville

"I have a new Nissan Rogue Sport. Every time I try to support my local Nissan dealerships they are less than adequate in customer service. Renaissance Nissan communicated from beginning to delivery of part in an professional and timely manner. Plus….the part was $40 less than the dealerships near me."

4 weeks and nothing

"I ordered a drivers window for my 2022 Frontier on May 5. Ive made 5 calls, left VM, told I would get a call back...nothing. I am just wanting to know the order status. I have been kind, used no foul language nor raised my voice. If anyone can help me I would be quite pleased to know what's happening. I just dont understand why its so hard to get an order status."

Poor customer service

"I bought a considerable number of parts from Renaissance Nissan. I saw that they had some kind of promotion going on so I wanted to take advantage of lower prices. When I received the parts, some items were missing, and there was no communication from the team. It was when I called the online parts department that they informed me that some items were on back-order with no ETA! The least I expected was an email to notify me of the status of those items.

I went ahead to purchase two other parts which were in stock but both of them were damaged. This could have been an issue from the carrier but when I reached out renaissance Nissan for support, someone told me that they will resolve it. Again, no email communication, no status reports, nothing! When I send an email to them, I have to follow up with a phone call to confirm that the email was received. Sometimes, when I call on a weekday, either nobody answers the calls or the call is rejected.

With the kind of experience I had with them, I'll consider other options next time. If your business depends on the parts, you are going to get frustrated.
