We were met at arrival by the friendly representative who took our luggage trolley across to the car depot, helped us load it and explained the car controls. We were away within 20 minutes from arriving at the airport exit. Even faster going home. Dropped luggage at airport, dropped car at the depot, gave the key to the representative. That's it."
