"I ordered a 2016 Honda Civic Manual. I even sent them the amplifying information that they requested. When I finally got the download, it contained absolutely nothing for a 2016 Honda Civic. It was basically the Haynes Manual for the 2015 Honda Civic and CRV. As most rotten companies do, they didn't even bother to answer my emails about it. Basically, they got me for $25...my mistake all the way. I should have went went someone more reputable like Chilton. PLEASE avoid throwing your hard earned money away like I did. If this warning helps one person not to get sucked into their web, it was worth every minute I spent writing this review. "

"I ordered a Mini Countryman repair manual, which was supposed to be immediately available for download in .pdf format.
I payed with PayPal, and the transaction went smoothly - but the download link wasn't provided - so I sent an email asking if I had somehow missed it.
I received a response stating the link would be provided later in the day.
After several more days, I still had not received the link. I inquired again, but my email was returned as undeliverable.
I also attempted to contact the seller [A&I AUTOPARTS AND REPAIR MANUALS (website repairmanualnow.com)] through PayPal, but the seller never again responded.

I eventually had to file a claim with PayPal. It took a couple of weeks, but PayPal issued a full refund for the never-filled order.

I have documentation (seller purchase receipt, PayPal receipt, all emails) for this.
