"They were very good at what they do. And I like that you get to sit there and see what they are doing to your computer as the explain it."

"Repair Street's actions enabled me to download Office 365, however I still have problems with my cursor freezing up and I still get pop up boxes telling me "Internet Explorer has ceased working". I had these problems before
you cleaned out my bad files.

"after seven hours of tinkering with my computer, it would even boot up. At some point during their process they should have known that their attempts at trying install the anti virus was not going to work. As of yet I have not received a refund of my money for a two year program they cannot provide. "

"I called to have someone get my printer working and was assured by three people they could fix it. Each time they got into my computer and screwd around with my programs. After about 4 hours of this and wasting my entire afternoon they charged me $150.00. I should charge you! I thought I was talking to Canon but apparently not. I have requested a $150.00 credit to my credit card for the worthless work they did. If I don't get the credit I know a lot of people in your industry and I will start pushing buttons. I didn't ask them to start messing with my programs. There is a local computer company here that said they would diagnose the problem for $39.00."

"Did not fix the problem and keep trying to sell me a bigger warranty. I will not use them again and would not suggest them to anyone."

"I was very satisfied with the work done by Repair Street Technical Support. I found it a little hard to understand them but when they slowed their speech down it was easier. "

"I originally called about a problem with my printer, that wasn't resolved. Then they proceeded to "cleanup" my computer, and that did not speedup the workings of it............."

"My new computer had Kaspersky anti-virus software which was provided by Best Buy. A virus got onto his computer past the software. I called Repair Street for help with this problem, and they said for $60 they could remove the virus one time, which was good for 30 days. I was on my cell phone and Repair Street was connected to our computer for about 7 hours. They told me that the computer was fixed. The minute that I was off the phone, I turned the computer off and then back on and the same virus pop ups were all over the computer screen!!! I could not get on the internet, due to the virus connecting it's self to the internet explorer. I then had to take the computer to a local technician as the computer could not connect to the internet for remote repair!! When I made several calls and talked with Nick regarding this situation, he was very unfriendly to me and very unprofessional about everything. I feel I should have been refunded the $60, I paid to have a virus removed from my computer, when, they in fact made the situation even worse!!!! I will not been recommending any Kaspersky Lab software to anyone in the future, nor will I recommend Repair Street, due to the way they dealt with me in this matter. In fact, I will take any opportunity I get to tell everyone I know, about my horrible experience!! Thank you, I do hope someone takes the time to read my comments. Althea Kay Quinn"
