"Experience started out good. Easy to communicate with. Decided to send my iPad2 in for repair evaluation and repair. I had dented it by the volume button and the button was stuck. I mailed the ipad and waited for a call after the evaluation to give me a quote for repair. I never received a call. Two weeks later, my iPad arrived at my door. I was shocked since I had never gotten a call with an estimate. I opened the box and found that my iPad volume switch worked but the metal casing had a chunk out of it like a flat head screwdriver had been used to bend the casing away from the button and release it. I was actually not too upset at this point but when I turned it on, I found multiple dust particles under the glass and a fingerprint on the inside of the glass. The top edge of the glass by the headphone jack was actually sticking out of the case about a millimeter. I finally took my messed up iPad to the apple store and had it repaired. "

"My iPhone 3GS battery expanded and broken the back case off. I couldn't find a cheap enough repair service till I found the fix-iphones full refresh service. Basically it comes with a new back and battery and misc parts and made sure everything is working (boards not covered). Everything went smoothly, I think the USPS is the slow one in delivering it.. but I didn't opt for fedex.. I guess if you're in a rush, opt for the faster service.
-The website for some reason didn't work well, everytime I try to track the order, it just log out and didn't let me track but they update you via email on the steps so I didn't need to really check
-There seem to be a little glue on one of the corner but it doesn't affect the phone so I dont care, I can probably clean it off with something, ill just email them and ask. I have a 2nd 3gs that Im thinking of sending in for repair as well. It'll be like new !"

"Incredible Service. I live in NC. My daughter dropped her iPhone 3GS which caused significant damage to the outer glass. I tried to replace it and in the process, I cracked the LCD display :-( So, I shipped it off to http://Fix-iPhones.com via Fedex guarenteed overnight. I dropped it off on Tuesday afternoon. They fixed it and shipped it back the same day they received it. I got it back, fully repaired and looking good as new, in less than 48 hours. Sure, the shipping cost me a little more for overnight but the fact that they fixed it the same day and shipped it back the same day on their end is fantastic.
