"Well basically I was told what needed to be fixed, I said okay, I then asked what main 2 things should be fixed first and was told the battery instead of my alternator. I'm not familiar with cars so I said okay, paid for the battery, and was then told my alternator was good and I could drive my car. I was told to get the alternator fixed soon but it was okay to drive. I then left my apt maybe 2/3 hrs later and barely made it down the street and my car died while on the access rd with my husband and daughter! God covered us because we could of got hit thank goodness we didn't! I wish I would have did better research I just figured calling mobile mechanics meant they knew what they were doing and unfortunately this was not the case so won't use this service again!"

"I've had 3 encounters with repairsmith. I've been very happy with all three. I've had 2 with James and 1 with Galen. Both are very knowledgeable and thorough. They both were patient with all the questions I had. They explained all the results of the diagnostics in detail so I could understand them. Every issue so far has been fixed. They are huge assets to Repairsmith so I hope to keep having them work on my cars in the future.
