"I was having car issues and tried to take my car into the dealership for repairs. The mechanics at the dealership said it would be over a week before they could inspect and repair my car. That doesn't work to well for me and my job. So I saw and advertisement for Repairsmith online. I went to the app and set up an appointment and the mechanic was their the next day on time. The mechanic did his inspection and explained to me what he was doing the whole time. After his inspection/test was conpleted he told what was needed to get my car repaired and how long it would take to go get the parts and replace the parts. Which I thought would mean a long time but the total time from start to finish was probably less than 2 hours.
I appreciate the service mechanics knowledge and friendliness to explain everything and get the job done in an expedient manner.
