"I made my order on a Tuesday, got exactly what I ordered Saturday (4 days), and I had it working within minutes of taking it out of the box. This is what you expect when you make a purchase, although too often people don't share. I have owned a Blackberry 8330 for several years, like the phone, and when the trackball failed, I simply wanted a replacement phone. I was able to order the same model for a very good price; it was brand new (as advertised), worked, I was able to activate service with my carrier via the Internet, and used my BB desktop software to copy everything over to the new phone, making the new one an identical replacement for the old one. "Purchased Samsung SGH-A187. There is a 30 day policy. On the 31st day, the audio part of the phone died. Doesn't ring, no alarm, it only vibrates. Not happy with this or the "pay your own shipping" return policy. Recently, I found a company that sells used cell phones, has a 1 year, no questions asked, return policy and free return shipping. Tried them out and they stand behind what they say. So why would I use 'replaceyourcell' again? "
