"Purchased refurbished phones from them twice and everything went fine. Then I purchased an LG phone advertised by them as "brand new". The phone arrived in what was clearly not original packaging and it wouldn't turn on. I called LG and their rep informed me the phone with my serial # was used and had been in their factory years ago to fix the problem I described! Annoyed that I had been sent a used and broken phone marked "brand new", I called replaceyourcell.com to ask to return it. Despite doing my best to be pleasant, the rep at replaceyourcell was completely apathetic. She didn't apologize and made a clear effort to avoid even acknowledging having sent me a used phone. Worse, the return process felt like jumping through hoops with many specific instructions that that could be messed up along the way. The icing is that I lost almost $20 on shipping here/back and had to wait over a week after they had received my return package for them to inspect the phone and make sure it in fact did not turn on before they credited my account. Does it really take a week to figure out a phone won't turn on? The phone they sent was not the one advertised so even if it were working condition, why bother holding my money hostage an extra week? Be very careful when buying from them. I definitely won't be again. "
