"an absolute joke! i was christmas shopping for my son, who desired a new cell phone. i discovered your website and was very excited about the great deals. i ordered a BRAND NEW cell and it came quickly. i wrapped it and placed it under the tree and christmas morning my 18 year old son was excited. he decided to visit the store and activate it in person. verizon told him they could not activate the phone without permission from the PREVIOUS OWNER!!! i called your website and after talking around the problem they stated they would "do me the favor" of refunding my money when i sent it back. when i asked for clarity as to why we couldnt activate the phone, the representative gave some answer i didnt even understand, stating clearly it was an oversite on your part. then she proceeded to express that your company is doing me a "favor" by refunding my money at all because i was outside the 30 day return policy! when i retrieved the form from my email that i am supposed to fill out and return with the phone, i noticed a 20% restocking fee would be deducted from my refund. so now i have purchased a "NEW" phone that we could not activate....for reasons i do not understand...and you are keeping 20% of my money for your inconvenience...and i will make sure anyone i know understands the way your website works. if i have to post it on facebook....nobody i know will shop on your website!!!!"
"I purchased a refurbished phone from this company, and mailed it back after 3 days for a refund or replacement. The phone was defective. Now after 4 weeks of calls to the Customer Service Line, several e-mails with return Tracking #, non of the Reps. would have the professional courtesy to respond to my mails or certify receipt of the returned item. I would have presented in person to this company to demand my request if not for the distance between both US coasts. I hesitated on writing this review but this is already taking too long and I am getting inpatient. I only hope someone reads this and take action. "

"Purchased phone for Christmas present. It never worked right from the start. My first complaint was issued 12-24-10, which is within the 30 days for return. 2 more e-mails sent since. Phone contact is almost impossible due to their hours of operation not easy to work with. Anyway, still haven't heard from them and my husband is stuck with a piece of junk phone. Advertised as new although the back is scratched up and the phone doesn't work properly. If they go good for the phone, will gladly change review however as it stands wouldn't recommend Replaceyourcell to my worst enemy. Rated high priced cause I paid for nothing!!!!!!!!!"
