I have to say that so far I am very pleased with it. I had no trouble activating the phone with my current number.. "I purchased this phone for my son. This is the second time I have ordered from replacemycell.com. This phone was received still uner contract, so I was unable to use it with my service. There was a 3/16ths inch diameter hole in the back of the phone, presumably a missing speaker gill, or something like that. The circuit boards were clearly visible through the hole.
I contacted them and after 24 hours have received no reply. I contacted them a second time, still no contact. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are unreliable, customer support is non-existent, as is technical support.

"I purchased a BlackJack II as a gift for my daughter. When it arrived, I tested it and everything seemed to work. When my daughter plugged it in, it did not take charge. If you held the cord in an exact position, it would charge (but don't let go because it stopped charging). I called the company and I was outside the "7 days" so I could not return it. They did give me credit towards another phone (this is acceptable to me) so I got the HTC TOUCH (BlackJack not available). It has dead spots on the touch screen and the screen will not align. I emailed the company immediately. They responded with they have never had any issues with touch screens before. It has not been pleasant dealing with them since, so I had to suck up the cost. They have lost my business and anyone else I can convince not to waste their money.

"I purchased a Motorola ROKR Z6m cell phone from ReplaceYourCell.com. Although it arrived promptly, the description said it had "some" scratches. It has so many bad scratches, you can hardly see the screen. Also, after a 2 weeks the battery won't hold a charge. Be sure to read the fine print...they have a VERY SHORT warranty...only a few days. Not enough time to fully test the phone. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE! They are a rip-off!"
