"It was unsatisfactory. I was happy to find a good model for a good price and happy to receive 2 e-mails that it had shipped. After waiting the normal shipping time with no arrival, I received a phone call from a representative saying this model was out of stock and they did not expect to receive any more until the "end of the week", pushing my receipt of a replacement phone off another week. I responded to her that I had already received the e-mail notices of its shipment. She said that only meant they'd printed a shipping label, not that it had ...actually shipped. I THINK THE COMPANY SHOULD CHANGE THAT IDEA!"
"ReplaceYourCell did NOT deliver - literally. I received notification of my order being generated, my payment being accepted and my item being shipped. However, I have had no notification of a shipping update since August 7, which said that my phone had been received by my USPS. I went to my local USPS yesterday and they have no record of the phone having been scanned. So - the USPS does not have my phone and I do not have my phone, which was a birthday gift for my husband (whose birthday has now passed). I emailed customer service yesterday, but have not yet received a response. At this point, I am not satisfied and am prepared to cancel my order."

So I gave the phone to my son for a spare in case something goes wrong with the phone he is using. The time before they provided a return package with manual, and instructions for returning. So in a short I'm done with them!"

"Order and delivery was outstanding. Not as pleased with my Palm Centro. I find out when received that there is no instruction manual or software included. I must now got to a Palm website and pay $15.00 to have sortware downloaded so I can sync my 64 bit Dell 545S using Windows 7 with my Palm Centro. There is also noe one at Palm that speaks English as a first language! Please advise how to return and refund my order."
