"I ordered UPS batteries described as "genuine BB Battery model HR9-12". What I received was a compatible replacement UB1290. Their description and illustrations very clearly stated that this was a brand name B&B battery.
I emailed the company about the deceptive description, but received no reply. I did not attempt to return the battery. Please read their "disclaimer" before thinking you will receive what they advertise.
