A bit more concern when I didn't get a confirmation e mail from them - but that wasn't their fault. Rather, it was my overly protective Spam filter. They hadsent a confirmation e mail and it was refreshingly humorous. They suggested I might want to frame the e mail and I thought about it.

"We love the product but we’re disgusted with shipping. Originally we were told the lawn mower would arrive on Friday. Due to the holiday, there was no given delivery info all weekend through Monday until all of a sudden, we got a text on Tuesday saying it had been delivered. Because this is a new house and we were not living there yet, it was very inconvenient. We had to dash to the house to pick up the box immediately. So perhaps another carrier other than UPS should be the carrier of choice. Oh, and by the way, the battery came Fed Ex with no notification on Saturday. Very odd shipping…."
