Their original box was 5"x5"x76". This seller did promptly agree to credit my account for the price of the part, but only gave me an $8.50 credit for the cost to mail it back. I apologize for the inconvenience. We do review all of our orders for parts that aren't immediately available to ship because this particular supplier (Worldlawn) does not have an API for availability and requires manually checking each item.
We received your order on the afternoon of 7/26 and contacted you via email the next morning of 7/27 (less than 24 hours following your order) to let you know that several parts you had ordered were not immediately available. We did not receive a response from you, so we contacted via email again on 7/31. We received contact back from you on 8/2 and your order was canceled per your request. Your credit card was not charged and the pre-authorization hold was immediately removed upon cancellation.
