These were mower blades for the 48" cut which takes 3 blades so I now have enough blades for the next few years. Thanks for the good service. Ordered late one day they had me a tracking number the next day and received them in GA on the 3rd day after my late order. Pretty darn good."

I apologize for the delay in shipping your Tanaka parts. Unfortunately, these parts were not available in our local inventory and had to be obtained from our Tanaka distribution center. The distribution center only ships to our dealership once a week and because we did not receive a response from you regarding the backordered item until Tuesday, it missed last week's shipment, which was the reason for the 11 day delay before shipping today. I apologize that this was not conveyed to you at the time you authorized the removal of the backordered item.
Your tracking information will update as soon as the USPS scans this package at our regional distribution center in Cleveland, OH. The expected delivery for this item is Saturday, May 12.
