"My experience ordering was okay. I needed the key immediately. The grass was high, first good day for cutting, and a code enforcement sweep had been requested for the whole neighborhood. High grass is a $300 fine. I could not find the key to turn on the mower. I needed the key immediately. I called EGO and ordered from them early Monday morning. Two day delivery would be an additional $25. I don't think so. I ordered from RPCW early Tuesday morning. To get information about other than standard shipping was too complicated. Put a comment in a certain box and someone would call? Too much trouble. I got no tracking info from EGO. RPCW tracking said the key would arrive on Friday. EGO's key cost something over $6, but standard shipping put it close to $13. RPCW was $14.95 free shipping. Both keys arrived at the same time. Could have ordered from Amazon with a guaranteed delivery of Thursday but they were charging close to $28 with allegedly free delivery. So all 3 avenues were comparable as far as cost (i.e. 2-day delivery with the Amazon option). Anyway, I borrowed a mower to do the lawn. It could not have waited until Saturday. Both keys fit fine. Probably have to mow again in a few days so I was still going to need a new key."

I apologize that the items you ordered were not delivered to you as quickly as you'd hoped. Unfortunately, our website does not show stocking status for the item you ordered and only availability to order, but I was reviewing my notes for this shipment and noticed a few things I wanted to share with you. First, this item was not available in our local inventory and had to be brought in from our Toro distribution center. It was expected to arrive on 4/27, but they shorted it from our stocking order and did not get it to us until 5/2 when it was shipped to you on the same day. That is the main reason for the delay and I apologize that this happened. I am sending you a private message regarding this issue.
