In case you need a new key, on replacementkeys.co.uk website you can select the template for your caravan and then enter the number that’s engraved on your key. 1 working day later you’ve got a new key (only not folding).
I read an 8 instead of a 6 on the key number so the new key didn’t work. I took a picture of the original key and emailed it to the company; the 6 very much looked like an 8.
They sent another replacement key by return! "
