I also needed keys for a gate lock which the manufacturer could not supply, again this company came up trumps.

"The process of ordering the keys and verifying could not have been simpler, unfortunately when the replacement keys arrived they did not work in the lock. To their credit the issue another set free of charge which again did not work, finally a 3rd set was sent again without additional cost which do now work. There response to the issue was to their credit and they dealt with it in a expedient manner but it should not take 3 attempts they should have been right first time."
