"bought a remote from these guys received it in a timely manner paid an extra $25 for duties ( I guess to be expected ) upon receipt put batteries in all works great but the menu button kind of a main feature. sent off a complaint and basically got nowhere with these guys would not replace because I'm out of country I would have to pay to get it shipped back to them they sent me some video that did not help at all as the remote works just not the key feature guess I was not clear when I said that, anyways really not one to complain but $160 later CAD I have a remote that is useless, thank you ERICK REECE for your well there was no minus stars so I will give you -10 "

"Purchased this to replace our tired original remote which wouldn't respond to volume control any more. New remote works fine however it needs to be pointed directly at the machine to work whereas the old one would work pointed 2 meters either side of machine. Not a big problem but original was better when working correctly. "

"After calling and asking to find out which remote would work with my TV and being assured the remote I found on line was the correct one, I ordered that remote. Billing was easy and shipping was prompt. I finally got to try the remote when I received it, and I could not get it to work. I called customer service to make sure I was doing everything right. I was assured I had the right remote, until I revealed the model TV I had did not have a built in DVD player. I was then told that was the reason the remote didn’t work. I then tried to give customer service the model # of my original remote or asked if it could be repaired. Neither was a viable option, but was advised I could return the new remote for a refund. A lot of time was wasted trying to find and get a remote that would work with my TV. However, the remote was able to be returned for a hopeful refund. Thanks for that."
