"While this didn't go according to my hopes, I cannot fault Replacement Remotes - hence the 4 stars. I could not find a new replacement for my aging Yamaha RAV210, so sent it to RR for repair. The repair price was more than reasonable. As it turned out, a chip on the circuit board was bad, making repair a no go.

However, Replacement Remotes was solid throughout the process. Instructions were clear as to how to send the remote to them, and communications by them to me were ongoing from that point, i.e., when received, repair status, final determination, refund issued and remote in transit back to me... all in a very timely and proficient manner.
So I'm still on the search for a replacement, but given this experience with RR I'd certainly look to do business with them again. "
