"They have ridiculous rules and policies. Not even the CDC is enough for them. I got my Covid vaccine and the CDC guideline recommends a 4 week wait between dose 2 and the TB test. My annual TB test expires at 3 weeks post vaccine. I need a 1-week extension. Reptrax tells me proving I got the covid vaccine isn’t enough. The CDC guideline isn’t enough. I need a note from my doctor asking for the deadline extension. So, I drove 30 mins from my house to get the document from my doctor. Reprax uploaded the note asking for an extension and apparently the facilities have to decide if they want to grant me an extension or not.....but in the meantime, Reptrax marked me as no access even though the actual test isn’t expired yet. And I wasn’t notified I didn’t have access…..I find out at 6:30 am sitting outside the hospital. Customer service isn’t available until 7. When I finally get on the phone I’m justifiably frustrated and the “customer service representative” hung up on me…..hung up. WOW"

A big step backwards

"The new Intellicentrics app is far worse in both functionality and usability than the original Reptrax app (both web and mobile). Steadily going down hill since 2013 (when text checkout, mobile app and unlimited training was introduced). I don't see any innovation. Vendor rep."

"I am very disgusted with Reptrax's lack of service. They are supposed to be keeping track of vendor credentials, but in fact they are not. They notify you the "day of" when there are new requirements and won't let you login, which means you cannot enter the facility to go and do your job. Then they tell you it could take up to 4 days for them to enter your info into their computer system.

I have had so may problems with this company, it's pretty much just a joke!

Vendormate seems to be somewhat better.
