THEIR SHIPPING MANAGER IS THE WORST! THEY HAVE NO CONTROL OF IOUTGOING OR IRETURN ORDERS.

Sell Items the do NOT stock

"Not only do they sell items that they do not stock, they will indicate stock when you purchase the item. If you order multiple items, they will ship what they have, which is great, but then they will NOT notify you of a partial shipment, nor will they notify you that one of the item is out of stock, or if the item is being drop shipped or back ordered. Nothing. When you inquire by email, no response. When you call and leave a voice mail, no response. You will have to file with your credit card company to get a refund on the non shipped item. "

"I want to Formally Apologize to Rescue Essentials for a review given before having all the facts. -
My package was sent out on time and had the correct information as to where it was being shipped to. The Post Office, where I live, had Lost my package.
After going to the post Office 2x and having told them I did:
1. post a picture of the items in the package which I had not received above the mailboxes.
2. asking all individuals in 164 unit apartment if they may have seen this package.
3. checking with the apt. office everyday for 2.5 wks.
Finally I was able to ask the Post Office for a Mail Recovery Center Search Request Form.

Rescue Essentials had in the meantime, taken it into their control and had sent me an E-mail Letter they were going to ship me out another order for the items I have purchased. (the items I ordered were the Star of Life Patches. They are a part of my First Responder Gear.

This I found most Heart-Warming! Truly an Amazing Company to do this for me. - Thank You!

Thought I have Never had a package gone missing, I have Never had such a Wonderful Experience with a Company willing to go above & beyond! Sensational 4 U Rescue Essentials.

"They seem to be associated with Sam Medical and carry that full line plus lots of other hard-to-find first aid items. Great prices and flat $4.99 shipping which was very fast."
