"I booked a hotel with the park and fly option. The person from Reservationdesk.com even gave me the number to the shuttle to call when we arrived back from our trip. When we checked into the hotel, they said we were overcharged by $100, and we could not park our car at the hotel, as we booked through a “company such as Expedia”. We then had to park at the airport and pay another $80. When we contacted Reservationdesk.com, they said we never asked for the parking. They are liars. We contacted the BBB, and our review is also posted there. Reservationdesk.com would not share the recorded conversation with the BBB. Do not trust anything Reservationdesk.com says. They are scammers!"

I wanted to book a Marriot hotel as I am a Bonvoy member. I was in a rush and I googled the hotel name and got a reservation number. I told the person taking the reservation that I wanted to book though Marriot Bonvoy and they led me to believe that they were Marriot Bonvoy, I got to the Hotel 1 hour later and realized the mistake. I called to cancel the reservation but they would not refund the deposit for the entire stay. They committed outright fraud. Never use them. "
"Lied about a hot breakfast, told me it was pet friendly, and I had the back room with a view and a jacuzzi bath tub!!"
"I made reservations at a state park inn in Indiana for a family reunion. I prepaid for five nights through this website. Later, I called the inn directly and made four additional reservations for family members. When I asked them to verify that I had the earlier prepaid reservation, they had no information. In fact, the only outside service they accept reservations from is booking.com.
Then I called reservationdesk.com and was assured that the reservation was valid. The young man I spoke to said he called the venue directly to confirm it -- but they confirmed the other four reservations, not mine.
I called the venue back and they had no rooms available for these dates -- so my children and grandchildren would be there, but not me and my husband. Finally, the manager of the inn found a room for us for three nights. He said never to do business with reservationdesk.com again and wished me good luck getting a refund."

"Via phone, they confirmed the hotel we requested, but then the confirmation email was for a different hotel. During the booking, agent placed us on hold for more 40 minutes. The booking agent never returned. Tried calling the phone number on the confirmation email and have been waiting on hold - no answer. Their "technology" does not call you back as their hold message states. Do NOT book through this company. They are making their money through the $15.99 hotel booking fee. Total scam. "

"The first time I tried to reserve the room, I didn't understand that the dates I was to enter were the arrival and departure dates. I tried to change the error and was kicked out of the program, but the information remained. i signed up for October 30 and 31, but that was wrong. I started again and signed up for Oct. 30 arrival and Nov. quest1 departure. I only needed the second reservation and thought the first had not been registered.
The hotel told me how to request reimbursement for the wrong reservation. I tried on my cell phone, but they asked for a reservation number, and all I had was an itinerary number. There was no live help available. I have not been able to request the reimbursement at present, but will try again."
