"I am a Respiratory Therapist at a Children’s Hospital and Respshop was recommended by some of my parents. I ordered a Sleepweaver Advance mask which I thought was the Advance Small. I did shop around but unfortunately not enough. I only needed the mask not the headgear so I went with Respshop. I received the mask and although it was the regular size and not small, I tried it anyway but it was just a little too big and leaked. When I called Customer Service @ a return and exchange, I was told it didn’t qualify because it was medical equipment. On the site if you purchase the mask with headgear, it can be returned for a 15% return fee so you get an 85% credit. Here’s the thing, I paid for the mask which was $49 plus S&H $12.90=$61.90. Cpapxchange as I looked on their site later had the mask, headgear, free S&H, connector tubing and 30 day return for $59. Since my medical insurance will only allow one mask every 3 months and headgear every six, I would have been a returning customer. I am out the $61.90 with an “I’m so sorry, we can’t do anything about that”, however they need not ever worry about me recommending them to anyone. "
"Ordered a cpap from Respship it was not want I thought it was and they were glad to take it back for a 15% fee. I was in business for years and worked on 20% they can make money just getting merchandise sent back to them. Talk about a inventory reduction just keep it in circulation at 15% a whack. I am going back to Cpap.com"
"I placed an order for a CPAP mask on 6/28, paid for delivery on 7/1. It's now 7/13 and I don't have the CPAP mask or my money refunded for it. UPS lost the package, Respshop refunded the shipping charge, but has refused to refund the rest of the payment to me even though they KNOW I never got it. Evidently, UPS ended up finding it and sent it back to Respshop, but they still REFUSE to refund my money until they get the mask back. Respshop KNOWS I didn't get what I ordered, yet they REFUSE to refund the money I paid them until they get the item back or UPS pays them for the item if it's lost and SCREW the customer. I will NEVER order from Respshop again and I don't recommend anyone else order from them either. "
