"I tried to return a dozen coffee mugs. They didn't get back to me about the return. When I called, they told me that I will have to pay for shipping the product back and on top of it they will deduct 30% of what I had paid as restocking fees. As a result I was forced to keep the unwanted product. You'll have to do the same if you buy from this vendor."
"This company does not hold stock on most of the items that they offer on their website and they will not notify you 8 DAYS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER THAT you will not be getting what you have ordered for about a month. Extremely rude owner will continuously talk over you. Lastly, their shipping terms require you to be at home and have the mailman wait until you open all your packages to see if the items inside are damaged and falsely accuse the shipper even if the box wasn't dented. Very unethical!!! STAY AWAY!!!"
"Received a 32qt basket with scratch marks and black stain all over. We contacted the company for RMA to return the item, the sale rep by the name of Jason Smith denies the return and his reason were it normal condition when sitting in the warehouse for so long and damage from shipment. Filed complaint with BBB"
"This company has a $25 minimum purchase requirement so I added a $3 item to exceed the requirement. I wanted a set of steak knives....they accepted the order with the inventory on hand. The shipment charges were $27 for $26 worth of purchase. Extremely high but they had what I wanted. They then backordered the steak knives and shipped the egg slicer ($3) and added $30 for shipping...that is 1000% markup for shipping. I called when I got the notice and asked them to stop the shipment but they said it was already in shipping so they could not stop it...their return policy is horrible so I paid $33 for a egg slicer. They refunded $8 of the $27 shipping for the steak knives....horrible"
"I had a very bad experience with this online merchant. It took three weeks to get the merchandise (really, in the age of the internet!) which is very unusual. Of course by that time I was on vacation. Upon returning, they would not take it back. The return policy is 15 days from time of shipment, and I guess you are supposed to just stay home and wait and wait for it. This policy was not on the invoice, and not on the enclosed paperwork, so unless you spent half a day reading the fine print on their site you would not know. Bottom line, there are plenty of good, friendly, helpful merchants to shop with on the web with the same merchandise so why bother with one that is difficult."
