"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY....COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST, DECEPTIVE AND ZERO INTEGRITY... This is by far the worst company we have ever ordered from. Complete disregard for customer service and integrity. Lied to us on multiple occasions and ruined our event by not having chair shipped and delivered on time. On three occasion verified and guaranteed being shipped, only to be notified later that they were out of stock, after calling back guaranteed they found some and would ship....day later notified out of stock....finally after being transferred and guaranteed we were speaking with a supervisor we offered to switch chairs to make sure we had by event time and they assured us they found the right chairs and were being shipped that day. Three days later and two days before the event....you guessed it. Notified us they were out of stock. Completely furious I threatened legal action which we are still following through with and they found the chairs and now today the day after the event I am being notified they are shipping today and will arrive Tuesday.....can a company be any worse. They lied and prevented us from getting substitute chairs in time for the event. Had they followed thru on their word or even been honest so we could order from another company our event would have gone off with out a hitch. Sadly the guests of Honor had to stand around their table all evening. I can guarantee that if our client comes back at us for that. It will be added to the law suit."
"I was supposed to get my chairs and tables within two weeks after I bought it from them. Two weeks later I had to call them because my order did not arrive, them they told me that I would receive within a week, after a week I had to call them again and I got the same answer. After a month and a week, I called them again and they told me the tables were on backorder and I would have to wait for month in a half more. I will never buy anything from them or advise anybody to do it. The waste of time on the phone waiting for someone to answer is unbelievable."

"I wasn't to sure about buying from this company due to bad reviews, everything went great. I spoke with a Melissa in customer service due to changing shipping address and she was great. Only downfall about my order was shipping. They use a freight company and we had to unload everything from a big freight truck or could had paid extra couple hundred for them to unload. Other then that everything was great. Took 12 days to receive order whice wasn't bad at all.

"I put an order in last month which it said it would ship within 24 hours. Not sure what watch their using but a week later it supposedly ships or lets say they gave a tracking number but FEDEX has not received it yet. I call their pathetic Customer service and she tells me their swamped with orders and hiring more people (if you need a job they just require a pulse, no brain cells needed). Then she keeps apologizing but never offers a refund or solution. BTW their invoicing orders before they actually ship. I've reported them to the IRS for falsify invoices.
So it arrives and then we file a dispute with our CC because they did not deliver as advertised. Scammer got scammed ****"
"I ordered 100 stack chairs and included as bonuses with the order were chair carts. After placing the order, I received notification the order was back ordered. I called to find out why and was told the carts were on back order, but the none of the order would be shipped until it was complete. I then asked to cancel my order. I was told I would receive an email noting the cancellation. All of this took place on July 15 and 16. Today is July 27. When I look on line the status of the order is "Being Processed". I have sent more than 3 emails and received no response. I have also contacted my credit card and requested they not authorize any payment to this vendor. I have since ordered the same chairs from a different vendor."

They will NOT accept returns. Furniture is of very inferior quality. And customer service is non-existent. Basically they do not accept returns--even when they make the mistake of shipping items in boxes that the items are damaged. Horrible product, horrible people"
"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Ordered mahogany chairs only to receive CHERRY! Chairs cost $345 but Company will not take chairs back without us paying for shipping and restocking - that cost is anywhere from $350 to $1050. Was finally able to get rid of most of the chairs but when opened the box - for the first time - found one chair cushion was damaged!! THIS IS MORALLY WRONG and DECEIPTFUL! Do not order from this company!"
"Failed to send us our product on time...received it weeks late...after the date we needed it. While we were trying to find out what happened, we called upwards of 10 times and got the run around each time. Finally got a second product sent that arrived AFTER we needed it. When asked what they would do to make this ok, they refused to do anything. We asked for at least a refund on the SHIPPING cost, which was almost $100, and nothing. I WILL NEVER do business there again. Horrible people.

"I found them in the internet, kind of liked their products and decided to order chairs and tables for commercial use. The frustration came from the fact that they have posted everywhere on their website 24 hours shipping but I called them and found out that I should expect my products in 7-10 days. I kindly asked Scott to expedite my delivery if possible but he didn't want to hear. The only thing he was saying was, "Sorry M'am, we cannot expedite it, sorry m'am there is noting we can do ... I called another agent and she helped me to get my order for 3 days only. Few days later Scott called me 15 minutes before the delivery. I explained that I have people to except the delivery but they can be few minutes late. Then Scott said, that the driver cannot wait even two minutes and I have to pay for re-delivery if no one is there????? I have already paid about $400 for shipping and handling and Restaurant Furniture 4 Less can't have their driver to wait 10 minutes???? Horrible customer service!!! And my personal advise to Scott is to work not only on his pleasant voice but on his social skills as well, and if he has to go an extra mile for his customers (simply to make a phone call) just to do it!!!"

"I purchased 45 restaurant chairs March 2011( used from April 12) and start to be brocken from June, asked for replace on warrenty.they asked me to take picture of brocken chairs. I did.and again asked me which legs.. meanwhile I had 4 more chairs brocken so I asked for more extra part including already brcken part. But they denyed. it was fine and what?
they sent me all wrong part. and I asked them they say manufacture are not making any more same product. we gave up. and finally we went to Belnick to ask if they can do any amount of money of discount on new purchase of chairs to replace for the previous chairs. they say "No". We made another purchase from Belnick and they looked more strong- not worried customer fall off the chairs with their wine glass. Right next day one out of 43 was broken and i asked all chairs can be returned. They said they will give credit back for only one chair! That answer was from owner of business. How foolish I am they think.
I respect young owner's success. But we need your respect for the customer. i did not mean take any advantage from your mistake also I did not ask for whole money back at First. But I could not take it anymore. So I went to my lawyer he said I can get money back for both case. I got money returned for second purchase. not first one yet. they asked me to prepare all the chairs so that they send people to pick them up. I filled up my Garage with chairs waiting to be picked up. what they say today?
I have to cut off all tags from 43 chairs and send them. I must to that for my money back, Right? If I do had time for that i would take all the chairs to belnick. i wll ask someone to do that and they must pay for that.
